Thanks to Yudi Wanandi, we have a truly delicious szechuan gourmet at his restaurant, South Beauty at UOB Building. From vegetable entree with peanut sauce to XO fried rice. The most memorable will be the spicy prawn, you can select the degree of spice to burn your tongue :) The chicken is not deep fried, it is hang and puored with hot oil. But my favourite is the fish with mushroom cooked in honey sauce....a real delightful lunch experience!
